All photos will be uploaded online to a section of the Inspire Photography website where Amesbury families will be given a school specific password code to view these once they are available. The password will be securely provided to caregivers, so isn't 'accessible' externally online. When ready, photos will be available to purchase in a printed format or as a digital copy.

Amesbury Kapa Haka Performance Group - Please Sign Up ASAP

Every year Amesbury sends a performance group along to the St. Brigid’s Kapa Haka Festival. This year it will be held on Saturday 19 September at Newlands College.

With it being a non-competitive festival we invite all interested tamariki to participate from any year level. Participants are asked to complete this form and in Term 3 our Kapa Haka Tutor, Hemi Prime, will work with them during school time to prepare.

More details about the festival can be found here. Please read and sign up.

No Swimming this Week

Please note that there is no swimming for anyone this coming week.

  • Koru have now finished their sessions

  • Pōhutukawa don't have swimming this week due to school photos but will have swimming the following week which is the last week of term.

New World Club+ in Schools Fundraising

With New World moving to the New World Club+ card, we would ask all those who are currently signed up to the soon to be replaced card as well as new supporters to complete this Form which will result in 1% of the total spend of all linked Club+ cards to be donated to Amesbury School.

To make it even easier, we have some forms already printed and available in the office. When you are next in school simply grab one, fill it in, and hand it in.

It costs you nothing - other than the time to complete the form - and ensures that Amesbury receives ongoing fundraising to provide equipment for the benefit of our tamariki.

To read further details on the opportunity and to see a list of what we have purchased so far, please read all about it here.

Future Enrolments

If you have a pre-school sibling of a current or former Amesbury student it would be most helpful if you enrolled your child by completing this Enrolment Form. It assists us to plan for those coming in as well as ensuring that we are able to forward you information on our programmes designed to ensure that each child has a smooth transition to school.

In conjunction with submitting the Enrolment Form, please also send the documentation as requested on the form to John. Please also direct any questions you may have to John.
